5. **International Shipping:**
   - We currently don't offer international shipping.

**Return Policy:**

   - To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. **Initiating a Return:**
   - Customers must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving the order.
   - To initiate a return, please contact our customer support hello@plaine.co.uk for instructions and a return authorization.

3. **Return Shipping:**
   - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
   - We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

4. **Refund Process:**
   - Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected.
   - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. **Exchanges:**
